Privacy Policy

DraftPal AI helps users draft and send emails. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
Information We Collect
The app may process the recipient email address, the rough message you enter, generated subject lines and email bodies, and recent recipient contacts saved for convenience.
Google Account Access
If you connect Gmail, DraftPal AI requests permission to send email from your connected Gmail account. The app uses this access only to send the email you confirm. It does not request permission to read, manage, or delete your emails.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to generate email drafts, show the draft for review, send confirmed emails through Gmail, and remember recent recipients.
AI Processing
Message content may be sent to the AI provider used by the app so an email draft can be generated. Avoid entering private or sensitive details that are not needed for the email.
Data Storage
Gmail OAuth tokens are stored so the app can send emails after you connect Gmail. Recent contacts may be stored locally by the app. Secrets such as API keys and OAuth credentials are not intended to be public.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact the DraftPal AI owner at the support email listed on the Google OAuth consent screen.
